Michael started working for British Rail in 1986 as an Assistant Technician at Reading Panel. He worked his way up through the grades of Technician, Senior Tech, and Technical Officer before transferring to Newbury as a Faulting and Maintenance TO in 1999. Michael's "patch" can be anywhere between Southcote and Westbury.
