Reading Panel - Southcote Junction 2004. The line from Reading divides, with the
lower speed route towards Basingstoke. The route has been set from R348, but the
lower line speed means that the signal will not clear until a train approaches.
The red button (top right) is for the block bell to Basingstoke Panel - this is
tested at 10.00 hrs every day.
